PGO Officially Releases “EVIDENCE: A Practitioner’s Guide”

On Tuesday, 11 Aug 2026, we have officially released EVIDENCE: A Practitioner’s Guide, a comprehensive reference guide written and published under PG Academy to support effective implementation and practice of Evidence Act 2022.
The publication provides practical guidance on the application of evidence law and examines key principles, issues and approaches relevant to legal practitioners. It also draws on comparative practices and developments from other jurisdictions to provide a broader understanding of the application of evidentiary principles.
The publication was developed with financial assistance from the Australian High Commission through the Australia Awards program, with expert review and guidance from Professor Jeremy Gans of Melbourne Law School.
